Dr. Pollet's story started at East Jefferson High School and followed him to the halls of Louisiana State University where he got his Bachelors of Science. He continued his education at the Southern College of Optometry all the way in Tennessee, where he received his Doctorate of Optometry.

Dr. Pollet fills his free time with food, fitness, and family. When he’s not examining your eyes, be prepared to share your best recipes for him to try! He spends his weekends in the countryside, riding horseback and traveling. With more than 40 years practicing, Dr. Pollet specializes in all of your eye care needs.
